there are reasons why there are breeders recognized by the american kennel club. please, don’t support backyard breeding. they don’t care about the animals, they only care about money. if you just have to buy a dog, go to a recognized breeder, even if they are more expensive. if you’re trying to have an animal and trying to spend as little money on it as possible, please don’t get an animal. if you have a heart, please adopt. there are even entire rescues dedicated to specific breeds so it is possible to rescue a pure bred animal you just have to look.

because I am sitting here with tears running down my face because a horse just died in a movie. The movie wasn’t about the horse and he was barely a part of it but I just cant help myself. I am so turned off by any animal cruelty or death in movies no matter how big a part of the movie it is. It just makes my heart ache.
